1. Web Hosting (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We want you to love hosting with us. If you are not completely satisfied with our Shared Web Hosting plans, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial signup.

After 30 days, no full or partial refunds will be issued for hosting services.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of the costs involved, the following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

• Domain Names: Once a domain is registered, the fee is paid instantly to the registry and cannot be reversed.
• SSL Certificates: If purchased as a paid add-on (free SSLs are, of course, free).
• VPS Servers: Virtual Private Servers are non-refundable once deployed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket via your Client Area or email support@lovehost.net within the 30-day period. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
